This image looks very real. Great job.
===== From agage@csee.usf.edu:
Very nice!
===== From edi@home.com:
great textures
===== From xeo@home.com:
a very very good picture. The one plant in the forground looks a little flat though. You
can do some cool looking plants in bryce, check out the how the ones in the object library
are made.
===== From manorton@tcnet.net:
THis is one of the best Bryce images I have sene. Good job. Nice texture, nice
composition, nice everything.
===== From jerry@hoboes.com:
Beautiful clouds in the foreground. I think perhaps a little more water in the scene--with
that much water coming down on land this parched, perhaps we should see some runoff?
Plants are a bit stiff compared to the realism of the cracked earth and the rock towers.
Evocative choice of scenery, however.
===== From Sean_Hamilton@amrcorp.com:
The cracked ground looks great and there's a nice contrast of colors.
===== From gregj56590@aol.com:
Nice theme: water in the desert! Nice mudcracks, nice rain in the distance. Grass works
well for a 2D image.
===== From vogelap@email.uc.edu:
I like the depth and variety in this pic.
===== From bsieker@techfak.uni-bielefeld.de:
A very nice one! The proportions of the foreground and the canyon(?) and the terrain in
the background are not totally clear.
===== From johnson@pharmacy.arizona.edu:
Guess everyone's gotta go through a 'make everything transparent' phase.
===== From jaime@ctav.es:
Really Dry!
===== From Varyk@aol.com:
I may be totally wrong, but I believe that rock towers like these origion= ate from
ancient lava shafts and don't have diagonal strata like upheaval= rifts and mountain
ranges do. I think that the far cliff behind the rai= n wouldn't be getting much sunlight,
so the shadows in the texture wouldn= 't be so pronounced. Great desert floor and cracked
earth.
===== From djohnston@iname.com:
I think you did a nice job at giving the cloud and rain an atual presence, distiguishing
it from the rest of the scene. It offers a nice contrast to the dryland in the foreground
of the image,
===== From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
Exquisite. This is a very fine snapshot, oops I mean rendering
===== From ethelm@bigfoot.com:
Nice picture, like something from'Arizona Highways' magazine. It stands out as artistic
and realistic.
